He has also contributed to the profession through his association with key committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

With more than 25 years of multinational experience, P. Gautham Krishna brings together finance leadership, business transformation and international market exposure to guide the strategic direction and growth of KGDMS.
A Chartered Accountant, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Project Management Professional, he has extensive experience across finance and accounting, treasury, business restructuring, process transformation, and the establishment and management of outsourcing operations. Having spent more than 20 years in the UAE, he brings a strong understanding of international business environments and client expectations.
His international exposure extends to Australia, where, during his tenure as CFO of a UAE-headquartered group, he had management oversight of its Australian subsidiary across finance, governance, compliance, leasing, logistics and special projects.
At KGDMS, Gautham leads strategy, client relationships and international growth, with a clear focus: understand the client’s business first and build the right solution around it.
With more than 15 years of experience across finance operations, financial planning and analysis, controllership and finance transformation, G. Kalyan Chakravarthy brings a strong combination of global finance experience and practical understanding of the Australian market.
A Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and CPA Australia member, Kalyan has hands-on exposure to Australian SME clients across bookkeeping, tax compliance, SMSF accounting, MIS reporting, financial analysis and due diligence. He has led global teams, developed scalable finance delivery models and worked with businesses at different stages of growth and complexity.
Further strengthening his ANZ credentials, Kalyan has completed the ICAI Certification Course on Australian Accounting & Taxation for Outsourcing Professionals.
As Regional Director – ANZ, he leads KGDMS’s ANZ practice across client engagement, regional growth and delivery oversight. His focus is to help Australian accounting firms and businesses build reliable, scalable and high-quality offshore finance capabilities from India.
